Ace journalist, Abere, senators, others bag Leadership Award

* Online Media Chapel hails Chair on honour well deserved

AROWOLO GARDEN Hall, Fajuyi, Ado Ekiti, the Ekiti State capital, is the place to be on Monday, 30th December to be part of conferment of honours on eminent personalities.

They are to bag the EDUCRAFT Global Impact Initiative Awards, in honour of their contributions to humanity and development of society.

Billed to be honoured on the occasion are Ace journalist and the Chairman of the Online Media Chapel of Nigeria Union Of Journalists (NUJ), Ekiti State Council, Com. Ayodele Abere; the Senate Leader, Senator Michael Opeyemi Bamidele; Senate Spokesperson, Senator Yemi Adaramodu; Engr Kayode Ojo, House of Representatives member, Hon. Femi Bamisile; Amb. Wale Ojo-Lanre and Arch. Deji Adetuberu.

In a letter addressed to Com. Abere, signed by the Secretary of EDUCRAFT Global Impact Initiative, Kehinde Folowosele, dated 16th December, 2024, the organizers hinges the decision to honour Com. Abere and all others “on their antecedents and development milestones in projects execution, job creation, empowerment and human services to the good people of Ekiti State”.

Meanwhile, the Online Media Chapel of NUJ in the state, has felicitated the Chairman on this well deserved award.

The Online Media Chapel, in a message by the Secretary, Com. Emmanuel Adeniran, on behalf of the Online Media Executive and members, congratulated Abere wishing him more successes in his endeavours.

The Chapel hailed Abere “for working hard to earn the recognition. We are delighted with you as you are projecting and promoting the good image of the Online Chapel to the larger public in the state and in the country at large”.
