The Federal University Oye Ekiti has announced dates for the resumption of students and matriculation ceremony for the freshers.
Admission is about being concluded at the institution at the moment.
FUOYE Registrar, Mufutau Ibrahim, said the Senate had approved Monday, 23rd October, 2023 as date for the resumption of academic activities for the First Semester 2023/2024 Academic Session.
The Registrar made the disclosure in a memorandum titled, Notice of Resumption for First Semester 2023/2024 academic session.
Ibrahim stated, “This is to inform all students that the University Senate at its 58th Statutory meeting held today, 11th October, 2023, approved the resumption of academic activities for the First Semester 2023/2024 Academic Session with effect from Monday, 23rd October, 2023
“Accordingly, all students are hereby expected to resume on Monday, 23rd October, 2023
“The matriculation ceremony for newly admitted students is scheduled to hold on Thursday, 16th and Friday, 17th November, 2023.
“Therefore, all newly admitted students are advised to pay their sundry fees in order to be eligible for registration and matriculation.
“This is for your information and kind noting
“Thank you,” the Registrar stated.
