The authority of Ekiti State Polytechnic, Isan Ekiti has announced the appointment of Mrs Abimbola Yetunde Adewumi as the Registrar.
The institution, in a statement by the Public Relations Officer, Martins Olowoyo, on Thursday said that “the appointment takes effect from March 3, 2025”.
The statement added that Adewumi, until the new appointment, was the Director, Academic Affairs at the Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti.
Olowoyo stated, “A new Registrar has been appointed for the EKSPOLY, Iṣan Ekiti. She is Mrs Adewumi Abimbola Yetunde. She has BA.Ed in English from Lagos State University (LASU), Masters in Human Resources Management from Afe Babalola University, Ado Ekiti ABUAD).
“The new Registrar belongs to several professional bodies including Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Institute of Corporate Administration (ICAD), Institute of Strategic Management and Association of University Administrators.
“Until her new appointment, Mrs Adewumi was the Director, Academic Affairs at the Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti.
“She is former Deputy Registrar, (Continuing Education Centre, 2021-2022), Deputy Registrar (School of Science and Computer Studies, 2020-2021) and Deputy Registrar (Head, Human Resources Division, 2015-2019) at the Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti. She has served in various capacities within Polytechnic system for 27 years,” the PRO stated.
