Ondo commissioner, Akinlosotu, bags doctorate

Ondo State Commissioner for Regional Integration and Diaspora Relations, Otunba Wale Akinlosotu, has bagged a doctors degree in Business Administration.
Dr Akinlosotu, described the feat as “a deeply fulfilling milestone in my academic journey – one that represents perseverance, discipline, sacrifice, and, above all, God’s grace”.
The commissioner, in a post on Tuesday titled, ‘Grateful for another milestone’, said, “With profound gratitude to God Almighty, I am delighted to announce that I successfully completed my external defense today (September 23) and have been awarded the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration by Wesley University Ondo”.
He said that his PhD thesis, was titled, “Human-Centred Leadership and Team Creativity in Selected Nigerian Health Institutions: The Mediating Role of Psychological Safety and the Influence of Institutional Constraints”.
Dr Akinlosotu said, “I express my special appreciation to the Vice-Chancellor for the invaluable support, encouragement, and leadership throughout this journey.
“I also sincerely appreciate the Management, Senate, Head of Department, faculty, supervisors, external examiners, colleagues, family, friends, and well-wishers for their support and encouragement.
“To God alone be all the glory. Another milestone achieved; another testimony of His faithfulness,” the brand new doctors degree holder said.
Before now, Dr Akinlosotu has degrees including Bachelor of Science (BS), Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Philosophy (MPhil).
