Ahead of the commencement on May of the 2025 Egungun Festival in Otun Ekiti in the Moba Local Government area of Ekiti State, the community is already celebrating culture and tradition.
The Oore of Otun Ekiti, Oba Adekunle Adeayo Adeagbo, who is the custodian of the culture, heritage and tradition of Otun Moba people worldwide, announced that Egungun festival would commence on 6th of May 2025.
Jubilations and celebrations greeted the announcement as the people celebrated ahead of the festival.
