The Elekole of Ikole Ekiti, Oba Adewunmi Fasiku, has led sons and daughters of Ikole Ekiti, headquarters of Ikole Local Government area of Ekiti State, to express gratitude to President Bola Tinubu for the establishment of Federal Medical Centre in their Community.

The community also lauded Ekiti State Governor, Mr Biodun Oyebanji, for his efforts in making the federal health facility in the community realistic.

The community ‘s separate ‘thank you’ visits by the Elekole-in-Council and the leadership of Ikole Progressive Union to the state Commissioner for Health, Dr Oyebanji Filani, who is an indigene of the town, in his office in Ado Ekiti, is part of their ways of conveying the people’s appreciation.

The delegations expressed their delight at the newly established Federal Medical Centre (FMC) in Ikole Ekiti and discussed the overall progress of Ikole Local Government.

Prof. (Prince) Samuel Fafunre who led a team of eminent members of Ikole Progressives Union on the visit, expressed great delight and joy for the newly established FMC, Ikole Ekiti.

Fafunre said, “Kabiyesi, Oba Family and the entire Ikole Ekiti community appreciate President Tinubu and Governor Oyebanji for approving the newly established tertiary health institution at IKole Ekiti”.

The elders offered different prayers for the success of the Governor Oyebanji administration in the state.

The Health Commissioner, Filani, assured the delegation of the state government’s commitment to continue providing quality healthcare services to all residents of the state.
