ALBUM: Ekiti monarch lays foundation of Seventh Day Adventist College of Nursing

* Pledges community’s support for project

It was amidst joy and celebration at Otun Ekiti, the capital city of Moba Local Government area of Ekiti State as the Oore of Otun Ekiti and Paramount Ruler of Mobaland, Oba Adekunle Adeayo Adeagbo, laid the foundation of Seventh Day Adventist College of Nursing in the community.

Oba Adeagbo, who was at the site alongside the Oore-in-Council, chiefs and Otun Ekiti people, pledged support of the community for the project to see the school project completed in record time.

The monarch pledged N1million for the takeoff of the construction work at the site.

Oba Adeagbo called on Otun community “to take full ownership of the project by supporting it wholeheartedly”.

He encouraged Otun citizens at home and in the diasporas “to add value to the project by building classrooms, making themselves available for mentorship of students and transfer of skills from the developed economy to our local community.

Oba Adeagbo encouraged all sons and daughters of Otun Ekiti Mobaland to be part of the laudable project.

The Oore and Oore-in-Council pledged that they would support the project “110 per cent” and see to her fruitful completion by the grace of God Almighty.
