* PDP fixes screening date

The Peoples Democratic Party has appointed Dr Sam Egwu as the chairman of the Ondo State Screening Committee for the purpose of screening all the aspirants for the upcoming Governorship Primary Election in Ondo State.
Other members of the committee are Senator Isa Shuaibu Lau,
Chief Emmanuel Ogidi, Barrister (Mrs) Olivia Dazyman, Barr. Tanko Beji, Amb. (Mrs) Gladys Ashemuke and PDP Southwest Chairman, Chief Rahman Owokoniran, who would serve as secretary.
A statement from PDP National Publicity Secretary, Hon. Debo Ologunagba, on Saturday also named Caroline Akinsete as the Administrative Secretary.
Ologunagba stated that “the Screening Exercise is scheduled as follows:-
Date: Wednesday, March 27th, 2024.
Venue: NWC Hall, PDP National Secretariat, Wadata Plaza, Abuja
Time: 10:00am Prompt”
