Ekiti fixes date for written test for teaching, non-teaching job applicants

The written examination for the shortlisted candidates in the ongoing recruitment exercise into the teaching and non teaching cadres in Ekiti State has been scheduled for Saturday July 19, 2025.

The Permanent Secretary, Ekiti State Teaching Service Commission, Mr Michael Boluwade said in a statement that the written examination will hold at the Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti.

He stated, “Applicants are expected to be at the Examination Centre by 8:00am for accreditation.

Boluwade stated that “the written examination is the second stage in the series of exercises lined up for the appointment of qualified and competent academic and non academic staff into the the public secondary schools of Ekiti State”.

“Those who meet the cut off marks in their various subject areas in the computer based test conducted recently would be contacted for details on the examination.

“The cut off marks for all the subjects and non teaching staff is 50 per cent, except for mathematics which is 40 per cent,” he stated.

The perm sec urged applicants to visit their mailbox or recruitment portal for further information on the conduct of the examination.

He, however, warned that “anyone caught trying to impersonate or perpetrate any form of examination malpractices will be decisively dealt with”.

Materials to be brought to the Examination Centre:

* Coloured Printout of the Registration Form.

* Coloured Printout of the Result of the Computer Based Test (CBT).

“Whoever contravenes this condition will not be allowed to participate in the written examination,” the statement added
