*Tope Alabi, Yinka Alaseyori, Aduke Gold, Esther Igbekele, others to perform
A 24 hours praise marathon is billed to hold in Ado Ekiti, the Ekiti State capital, tomorrow, Friday July 28.
It is part of activities for the 60th birthday celebration of the Senate Leader, Michael Opeyemi Bamidele, popularly known as MOB.
Gospel artistes expected for the praise event included Tope Alabi, Yinka Alaseyori, Aduke Gold, Esther Igbekele and Bj Sax.
The Chairman of the 24 hours Marathon Praise, Prince Akin Olayisade, said in a statement in Ado Ekiti on Thursday that “the event is meant to thank God for what He has done so far in the life of His son (Senator Opeyemi Bamidele) for the past 60 years”.
The statement listed other artistes expected to perform at the event to include Big Bolaji, Jerry Melody, Deborah Ajayi, Tope Flourish, Mr. Gbera, Lanre Alawilese, Tee Praise, Joy Sax and Evang. Onileola Olubunmi.
Olayisade said, “The event will start by 7am at the Obafemi Awolowo Civic Center in Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State till 7am on Saturday morning. It is meant to celebrate faithfulness of God in the life of Senator Micheal Opeyemi Bamidele for the past 60 years .
“To make the event glorious, foremost gospel artists have been lined up for the event. Many dignitaries are expected at the event to praise God for what he has done so far in the life of Senator Bamidele,” he said.
