It was a celebration of culture, tradition and heritage at Ayeka in the Okitipupa Local Government area of Ondo State as the Lumure of Ayeka, Oba Babatunde Micheal Ayeyowa, received the instrument and staff of office from the governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa.
The august occasion was witnessed by traditional rulers in the local government areas, Ondo State and beyond, government officials and the people of Ayeka.
Dignitaries from far and near thronged the kingdom to celebrate the momentous occasion with the sons and daughters of Ayeka.
The Deputy Commissioner of Police, CID, Ogun State Command, Olubode Ojajuni, who joined the people of Ayeka for the celebration, lauded the monarch, saying he had the wisdom and what it takes to attract more development to the kingdom as he prayed for long live and good health for the traditional ruler.
