President Bola Tinubu will address Nigerians in a broadcast on Sunday, August 4, 2024, at 7:00 am.
The Special Adviser to the President on Media & Publicity, Chief Ajuri Ngelale, made the disclosure in a statement on Saturday.
Ngelale enjoined television stations, radio stations and other electronic media outlets to plug into the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) for the broadcast.
The broadcast will be repeated on the network services of the NTA and the FRCN at 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm on the same day.
It is expected that the President’s address will calm the nerves of the protesters who have raised issues they want the president to address to end the hardship, hunger and anger in the land
