First Lady hails Gov’s wife for uplifting lives @ 60

The First Lady of Ekiti State, Dr Olayemi Oyebanji, was among distinguished Nigerians that celebrated Mrs Bamidele Abiodun, the wife of the Governor of Ogun State, Dapo Abiodun, on the occasion of her 60th birthday which she marked in Lagos on Thursday.
The Ekiti State First Lady, Dr Oyebanji, hailed her Ogun State counterpart, Mrs Abiodun, and wished her continued sound health, uncommon wisdom, renewed strength, abiding grace and more fruitful years ahead as she reflected on the 60th birthday event as she penned:
“There are moments in public life that subtly remind us that true leadership is measured not merely by the offices we occupy, but by the lives we uplift. It was, therefore, a profound honour to join family, friends, distinguished dignitaries and well-wishers in celebrating Her Excellency, Mrs Bamidele Abiodun, the Wife of the Governor of Ogun State, as she commemorated her 60th birthday with a thanksgiving service and luncheon reception at the Royal Box Event Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos.
“The gathering transcended the celebration of age; it was a tribute to six decades of purposeful living, compassionate service and unwavering commitment to humanity. Such milestones invite us to reflect on the enduring impact of character, grace and selfless leadership in shaping society.
“It was equally heartwarming to reunite with esteemed leaders and statesmen, including His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, Governor of Ogun State; His Excellency, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Governor of Lagos State; Her Excellency, Erelu Bisi Fayemi; Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola (Yayi); fellow First Ladies; and many other eminent personalities whose presence added significance to the occasion.
“As Her Excellency begins another chapter of an exemplary life, I pray that the Almighty continues to endow her with sound health, uncommon wisdom, renewed strength and abiding grace.
