Adamimogo FM stations target impacting youths, communities positively – Prophet Olu Alo

* Cleric plans multi-million naira oil palm, rice, pig farms

The Planter of Christ Apostolic Church Adamimogo Grace of Mercy Prayer Mountain Worldwide, Prophet Sam Olu Alo, has said that his Adamimogo FM stations were established to serve as source of livelihood to youths.

Olu Alo said that the radio stations, which are now in Lagos, Ibadan and Ido Ekiti, would also impact their host communities, states and as well audience positively.

The firebrand prophet, who spoke during the inauguration of Adamimogo 107.7FM at Ido Ekiti, his country home in Ekiti State, also disclosed plan to engage in oil palm and pig farming in Ekiti State.

The farm project, which he said would be on a 300 hectares of land in three communities was with a view to further contribute towards reducing the upsurge of youths unemployment in Nigeria.

The event was graced by who is who including government officials, traditional rulers, clerics and the people of Ido Ekiti.

Olu Alo said, “I left this town with tears in my eyes years back. Since then, I have been telling God that as He is having mercy on me, I will be useful for all youths in and all over the world.

“If you look at the category of people employed in this radio station, you will see that quite a number of families will be impacted. This is how it is in Lagos and Ibadan stations. So, I know that my life has in one way or the other affected the lives of people positively which they will never forget.

“Secondly, the station brought glory to this town which will also boost the economy of this town as many indigenes of Ido Ekiti were engaged in the construction of the station and materials were purchased from the town too. It also brought joy to Ekiti State with some people employed. It is a glory to Ekiti State, a source of livelihood to the youths,” Olu Alo said.

Speaking on the farm, the cleric said, said, “I want to have both piggery and palm trees that will cover 300 hectares in the farm in three different towns or villages in this state. I am looking at exporting produce from the farm, which will be mechanised. It is not for my profit, but for the unemployed youths to be engaged”

The cleric harped on the need to revive agriculture in the real sense and make it revenue earner for the country as it was in the past to make hunger and youth unemployment a thing of the past.
